Kerry Scott Loomis

I hired Kerry for a parenting plan. I got his name from a Christian radio station who mentioned he helped people who can’t pay crazy lawyer fees. I called Kerry and he said he would help me and only charge me $4000. He agreed to take $1000 as a down payment and then $500 in monthly payments until the... $4000 was paid in full. He did such a bad job on my case, he didn’t even know my kids situation or the dates opposing counsel was requesting. I found out all the information during my court date while Mr. Loomis sat there looking surprised since he wasn’t aware of anything. I wasn’t able to keep making the monthly payments because I’m a single mom with one very low income and I was about to lose my car so I had to stop the monthly payments and so he stopped doing any work on my case and withdrew. He was on my case for about 4 months and didn’t even finish it. He then sued me for $5680 on top of the $2000 I had already paid and added attorneys fees on top of everything so he asked for a $7855 judgement against me which he got. He sat in court unbothered to ask for a $7855 judgement against a single mother knowing very well this would put my kids and I in a devastating financial situation. He not only does a terrible job as a lawyer but then he adds excessive charges to his clients so please stay away from him and his firm unless you want to end up like me

I hired Kerry Loomis as my Attorney in 2014 and my divorce case was insane and lasted for 8 years! I literary was awarded over 1 million in alimony and Child Support modifications, Kerry and his wife fought like crazy for me when I could not think for myself. They were so kind to let me on a payment plan during and after my case., as we develop a trusting relationship. I am forever grateful to Kerry and Isabelle. They are not only great attorneys, but caring and great people.
