Much of my commercial cases and matters involve contract preparation, review, interpretation, modification and disputes relating to contracts, including litigation, mediation and arbitration involving both oral and written agreements.

My litigation practice consists of civil cases involving commercial, contract and real property law and includes breach of contract, fraudulent inducement and actions involving real property. Real property actions include partition cases, specific performance and recission. Suits involving commercial and contract law include actions for moneys owed in connection with the sale of goods and services.

I am both a commercial litigator as well as a transactional attorney. I represent plaintiffs and defendants, which include small businesses and individuals. The types of businesses that I have represented include real estate brokerage firms, restaurants, contractors, travel agencies or firms in the travel business, owners and purchasers of commercial and residential real estate, a church, non-profit corporations, condominium owners,
