Donald Guerrazzi

Don Guerrazzi is one of the managing partners of the Trujillo & Guerrazzi Law Group. Originally from the northeast, Don was raised in New Jersey, completed his bachelor’s degree at St. Bonaventure University in New York, and earned his MBA from Lehigh University in Pennsylvania.

After moving to Florida, Don attended the University of Miami School of Law. Don excelled as a student of law at UM, making the Dean’s List, receiving a scholarship award for achievement in UM’s litigation skills program, and ultimately graduating with magna cum laude honors.

After graduating law school, Don worked his way up to becoming a partner of a prestigious defense firm, specializing in defending personal injury and medical malpractice lawsuits.

In 2021, Don made the decision to leave his defense firm and found his own firm, along with co-founder, Greg Trujillo. Now, Don focuses his practice on assisting the victims of personal injury and medical malpractice accidents. Further, because of his experience working mainly for defendants in the beginning of his career, Don knows the tactics employed by insurance companies and defendants in an attempt to limit the compensation paid to victims in personal injury accidents and works hard for his clients to counteract the insurance companies’ methods to maximize the value of his clients’ cases.
