Craig Matthew Robinson

Craig Robinson has a passion for protecting the rights of his clients and changing their lives for the better. Mr. Robinson has been fighting for his clients in courtrooms across multiple states for more than thirteen years. He has tried more than fifty jury trials to verdict and has earned high praise for his courtroom skills.

Mr. Robinson graduated from Penn State University in 2005 with a degree in Supply Chain and Information Systems. He earned his law degree from Villanova University School of Law in 2008. While at law school, he was a member of the trial competition team and founded the Trial Advocacy Society, which he chaired for three years. During law school, Mr. Robinson interned in the Office of the Chief Counsel for the Department of Homeland Security, where he assisted in the research and investigation of claims for immigration relief. He also worked for the Honorable Susan Peikes Gantman at the Superior Court of Pennsylvania. Additionally, Mr. Robinson was a legal intern at the Delaware County District Attorney’s Office, where he represented the interests of crime victims. Mr. Robinson worked in the Farm Worker Legal Aid Clinic at Villanova University School of Law, where he successfully represented a victim of domestic violence with her claim for asylum.

In 2008, he received the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association James J. Manderino Award for excellence in trial advocacy. Following law school, Mr. Robinson entered private practice focusing on civil litigation, achieving high success and receiving honors and awards for his litigation skills. He is admitted to practice law in Florida, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, the U.S. Southern District of Florida, the U.S. District Court of New Jersey, and the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Mr. Robinson was selected for inclusion in Pennsylvania Super Lawyers® Rising Stars℠ every year from 2012 through 2018 in Pennsylvania, and most recently in 2021 and 2022 in Florida, which is limited to the top 2.5% of attorneys in the state under the age of 40 or practicing for 10 years or less. He has received a “Superb” rating by Avvo and has been published by the Legal Intelligencer many times.

In an effort to broaden his understanding of the complexities faced by families who are considering the Marchman Act, Mr. Robinson received his Masters of Social Work degree from Florida Atlantic University.
