Mrs. Ritchey is not only professional but what I have seen countless times is she has passion and heart for what she does. It is evident in the courtroom as she will defend her clients relentlessly and will always do what is in their best interest. She does not sugar coat, is honest and has a wealth ...of knowledge regarding case law. She will take time to listen and offer feedback. Mrs. Ritchey is very responsive with e-mail and phone calls. My case for the last year has centered around some parental alienation as well as issues with my child’s mother. In fact, most recently I was having difficulty obtaining my daughters passport for travel outside of the country. Her mother refused to provide it unless I signed a document agreeing that she will control the passport and other stipulations. Mrs. Ritchey immediately drew up a counter stipulation and in the end while nothing was signed by either party because of her counsel and support I was able to obtain the passport without further back and forth bickering. Mrs. Ritchey is also well respected by judges across the County. What I also have appreciated about Mrs. Ritchey is she really goes beyond the mark. She will fight and will always find the positive in your case regardless of the outcome. Her dedication to my case and to her profession sets the bar very high for others. I would recommend Mrs. Ritchey for your family court cases and I will also state Mrs. Ritchey is not the type of attorney that just seeks your money. In fact, if possible she tries to avoid the court room drama and does her best to try to settle things between opposing counsel out of court which in essence saves time and money. No one likes to go through long drawn out battles and she is aware of this. As stated above if needed she will and will fight. When needed she is aggressive. You can’t go wrong with Mrs. Ritchey.

Christen was my lawyer throughout my long and grueling divorce case that lasted almost two years. She was extremely professional, diligent and always answered me back extremely fast. I was served divorce papers and 1st hired an attorney who was not available, always had to leave messages and turned out to be less than professional. I was referred by friend who used Christen Ritchey and is partners with Caroline Johnson. My case lasted a total of almost 20 months and with 6 year o...ld twins in the middle, a marital residence, assets and liabilities, it was to say the least, very stressful! My experience with Christine was exceptional, she is very aggressive to the opposing party, yet remains totally professional. Paperwork, motions and court appearances were always prompt and she was always versed on the case, never brought a computer to court, she knew the case and the details from memory. If ever a phone call was made, most all of the time, she or Caroline would be available without ever leaving a message and waiting for a call back. My case ended up in a 2 day trial, Christen was great on the direct examination of all witnesses. Additionally, her professionalism with the court and the judge was impressive. With all "nasty" contested divorce cases, they are expensive and will be a drain on the finances. With Caroline and Christen the money end was not the driving force of the case, and they are very reasonable. They truly cared and wanted the best for me. In the end, the settlement was almost exactly what was proposed 20 months ago, however, during this time, several things were uncovered that most attorneys would never have uncovered had Caroline and Christen not gone the "extra mile". My advise to anybody looking for an attorney and not sure who to hire, call Caroline and Christen they will get to know you, the case, the details and are not only trustworthy but knowledgeable about Florida Law and always kept me informed of the events throughout the case.
