Barbra Amron Weisberg is the founding member of Barbra Amron Weisberg, P.A., a family law firm based in Boca Raton, Florida. She received her law degree from the University of Miami School of Law and her undergraduate degree from the State University of New York – University at Albany. She has been licensed to practice law in Florida for more than 30 years and is a member of the Family Law Section of The Florida Bar.
Before entering private practice, Barbra served as an Assistant Attorney General in the Appellate Division of the Florida Attorney General's Office. Her appellate experience includes representing clients in published Florida appellate decisions involving family-law issues. In that role, she briefed and argued appeals before the Florida District Courts of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Florida — work that demanded precise legal analysis, careful attention to the record, and clear written and oral advocacy. That foundation continues to shape how she approaches litigation strategy, case preparation, and the development of a complete evidentiary record in family law matters.
Following her time with the Attorney General's Office, Barbra transitioned into family law practice. She joined Schuttler & Greenberg, P.A. in Boca Raton, where she practiced family law from 1999 to 2010 before founding her own firm. Her earlier training included clerkships with prominent South Florida family law practitioners and an associate position at Bluestein & Wayne, P.A. in Coral Gables. Over the course of more than three decades in practice, she has developed a focused family law practice serving clients throughout Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade Counties.
A significant portion of Barbra's practice involves complex and high-asset divorce matters. She regularly represents business owners, executives, professionals, physicians and high-net-worth individuals in cases involving substantial or disputed financial issues — including business valuation, forensic accounting, equitable distribution of investment portfolios and retirement assets, executive compensation, stock options and deferred compensation, and real estate holdings. These cases often require careful financial analysis and, where appropriate, collaboration with forensic accountants, business valuation professionals and other qualified experts.
Barbra is an experienced trial attorney. She prepares every case as though it will be tried, which means building a thorough evidentiary record, conducting targeted discovery, and developing a clear litigation strategy from the outset. When a matter can be resolved through negotiation or mediation, she works toward that outcome. When trial is necessary to protect a client's interests, she is prepared to see it through.
In addition to her trial practice, Barbra has been involved in family law appellate matters, including cases that resulted in published decisions from the Florida Fourth District Court of Appeal. Representative published decisions are listed in the Trial and Appellate Experience section below.

"Ms. Weisberg is an extremely knowledgeable and experienced advocate. As a local attorney, I’ve referred many cases to her. In such a sensitive field it’s hard to find someone who is not only well versed in family law, but also compassionate about her clients and her work. For these reasons, I endorse this attorney."
