Ethical, trustworthy, approachable, and so easy to work with.

I was involved with Amy in a 5-year estate litigation (which we won and also won the Appeal). She was required to work with another lawyer whom we hired. This situation could have been catastrophic. Instead it became a collaboration of two talented litigators using both their strengths to win a v...ery complex case. Amy really cares about her work and her client. At this point in time, I regard her as an old friend. I highly recommend her.

smart, professional, caring, and a true fighter for her client!

No one will work harder and fight stronger to get justice for you. I would strongly recommend Amy to anyone who needs help with any trust or estate issues. I was lucky to be recommended to her by another attorney. Amy stuck in there with me for over a year of hard negotiations. She always advised me ...wisely, while respecting my decisions. I am very thankful to her for bringing a successful conclusion to my settlement.

Relationship: Worked together on matter

"I endorse this lawyer. Amy Beller is an excellent probate litigator with an outstanding knowledge of Florida probate law. Amy is a fighter who always puts her clients first and provides a strong courtroom presence. Amy is very smart and also uses common sense to attempt to resolve disputes when litigation may not make sense. She brings keen insight, years of experience and a broad base of knowledge to probate litigation. Amy Beller is an outstanding attorney in Boca Raton."

Relationship: Worked together on matter

"Amy and I were co-counsel in a very complicated and contentious trust litigation matter. She has a thorough knowledge of trust and estate law and is a first rate estate and trust litigator. We worked well together because she listened and knew we were a team. She represented our clients well. I would work with her again in a heartbeat and will refer matters to her in the future. I stronly endorse her."

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
