Biography
There are several testimomials posted on my website at . As most of them indicate, I am a "hands on attorney". I am readily accesible to all my clients, and provide each of them with personalized attention to their respective cases.
I believe my best quality as an attorney in dealing with family law cases is my calm demeanor. I have learned over the years that it is not the loudest attorney who will prevail in court. It is the one who is well prepared, focused on the issue at hand, and has the ability to present their client's case in a clear andconcise fashion.
I have over 35 years of trial experience throughout the state of Florida. This includes forty seven (47) appeals to the Fourth District Court of Appeal, as well as an appeal to the Florida Supreme Court, in the landmark case of Robertson v Robertson. I am well qualified to handle any family law case.
