Thomas Montgomery

Well… Where do I start. Attorney Thomas Montgomery’s work ethic is horrible. He never returns calls and when he does it’s usually because you have left numerous message demanding a return call. Thr work he should have done was completed by thr ones that hired him. He does the bare minimum to say tha...t he actually “touch” the file. Please take your time before hiring this guy. He needs to take a class on customer service because he lack this tremendously!

Extremely intelligent but double-talks; and blindsides and misleads clients. Will throw clients under a bus in court, during trial. Often comes to court unprepared without reviewing case files and documents prior to court and does not review case documents with clients. He also loses and misplaces... records, documents and evidence given to him by the client.
