Marife Nazario Yordan

Marifé Nazario-Yordan has over 18 years of collective experience in EB-5 law, immigration law, as well as corporate and commercial law, and corporate, commercial and real estate transactions, acquired through leadership roles with national and international law firms, as well as through her own private practice. Over the course of the years, Ms. Nazario has successfully represented private and public employers and individuals across a wide array of industries with respect to all of their business, investment, family and individual immigration needs, consistently and ethically achieving positive results for her clients. Currently her practice is focused on EB-5, Regional Center and investor representation, and more generally in immigration law. Ms. Nazario has an LL.M. in Corporate and Commercial Law from the University of London, with honors, a J.D. from Tulane Law School along with a Certificate in European Legal Studies, and a B.A. from Duke University. She is fluent in Spanish and English, and highly proficient in Portuguese, French and Italian.

In 2020, Ms. Nazario was selected Immigration Lawyer of the Year - USA by Lawyer Monthly Legal Awards, Elite Lawyer in EB-5 and Immigration Law, one of Top Ten Leading Businesswomen by Exeleon Magazine, and featured in the Top 100 Attorneys Magazine.  In 2019, she was nominated for Top EB-5 Attorney by EB-5 Investors Magazine.
