Replied last November 17, 2020I’m sorry you feel so angry. Although my firm did not legally represent you in any capacity, I will reply to your post. Your home received three, fully executed contracts from three different, pre-qualified buyers. Unfortunately, the pandemic has affected most of us in a negative way, including all three of these buyers. There is nothing the parties involved, or my title company did to cause any of the buyers to fall through, nor is there anything any of us could have done differently to prevent the buyers from falling through. You were provided updates and information on each of the transactions as the updates became available. Unfortunately, none of the transactions successfully closed. Despite the fact none of the Buyers worked out, there are still costs to vendors, not us, for services rendered (estoppel, lien search, survey). I understand your frustration since the outcome to your transaction was not what you expected. I wish you continued future success.
