Terrible service, rip off

Hired her upon death of my father for probate work. She resigned half way through when my brother questioned a bill. Expensive and unresponsive. Stay away.

She will RIP you off !! Stay away !!

We hired Nicole to represent us in regards to my parents estate. She told us we def needed representation and she would help us. To make a long story short, she took our money ($3500) and didn't do much of anything for us. She seemed always annoyed and wouldn't respond to our emails or questions. ... She refused to communicate Waste of our money. It's people like her that give lawyers a bad name

Colleen: As stated today, I shattered my ankle and am having surgery next week, as such I am withdrawing from contested matters until I have finished with physical therapy. I represented both you and your sister for 9 months and sent and received over 75 emails on behalf of your matter, in addition to numerous conferences and review of documents and pleadings. You paid for 10 hours of my legal time in September 2016 (again, 9 months ago) and I worked well over 20 hours. In 13 years of practice I have never had anyone question my integrity, I am profusely sorry this was your experience. Please let me know if there is anything I can do to help you transition to new counsel or facilitate working with the trustee's counsel.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
