I am a Florida and FINRA Labor and Employment Lawyer dedicated to providing the highest quality legal service to employees, executives, and small employers in connection with all manner of labor and employment disputes.
I counsel employers and employees in connection with discrimination, harassment, and overtime claims before state and federal courts in Florida, New York, and New Jersey as well as before the EEOC, the DOL, and state agencies in Florida, New York, and New Jersey.
Having practiced for many years with two of the finest management-side employment law firms in the country: Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker and Morgan, Lewis & Bockius, I am uniquely positioned to aggressively represent individual employees in discrimination, harassment, and compensation-related litigation with large employers.
My Firm also concentrates on providing assistance to registered employees in the securities industry before FINRA arbitration assist with transition-related matters, Form U-4 and U-5 disclosures, and claims for defamation, breach of contract, and fraudulent misrepresentations. I aggressively pursue claims for unpaid and wrongfully withheld commissions and bonuses and defends claims seeking repayment of upfront compensation and promissory notes.
