I knew Nikasha Wells through our mutual Educational paths and decided to refer her to a very close business partner and friend. In the end I really regretted It. He payed the retainer up front, and because he works all over the world, he needed a trustworthy Lawyer, who would not need to be held hand... in hand. Not only was her communication poor but she was unreliable and untruthful. She would say something was processed. My friend would fly in go and check court documents and find out she did nothing. In the end we did our own legal work and all she did was collect money order after money order. She ignores calls and does not seem to have the ability to be a good lawyer. She recalls nothing of your case when you talk with her. This almost cost me my business partner and I our friendship. He blamed me for this referral, and I was thoroughly embarrassed. Do your homework, If you choose this lawyer YOU WILL REGRET IT!

Ms. Wells is too busy with her election campaign to respond to her clients. I have made repeated calls to her where she either does not return my calls or gives me the same information she gave me months. ago. My divorce petiton had gross errors on basic informaiton and I had to correct them myself... and she still sent the court the incorrect informaiton. I have had to ask her not to call me if she doesn't have my file in hand because she can't recall anything and keeps promising to do the same thing month after month. That works to eat up my retainer but it's not helping me get my divorce processed. She only calls me after I leave her several nasty voicemails.
