She was born and raised in Queens, New York. She attended Pennsylvania State University where she earned a degree in Psychology (B.A.S., 2006). After she graduated she continued her education at Thomas Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan and then transferred to Nova Southeastern University where she obtained her Law Degree (J.S., December 2010). While attending Nova Southeastern University she was an intern at the Broward County Public Defender’s Office, a Certified Legal Intern at the Broward County State Attorney's Office and was a Judicial Intern prior to graduating. She was admitted to the Florida Bar (April 2011) and has been on a mission to offer legal services to all who are in need of legal help.
In addition to practicing law, Jacqueline Spence is a certified Family Law Mediator. She offers mediation services at discounted hourly rates and makes accommodations for you.

Does not care...
I used this lawyer to represent me in a divorce, and although I didn't realize it at the time, she did a terrible job for me. I recently tried to get additional consultation from her and she was extremely dismissive and rude. She simply could not be bothered. Will never use her again.

Rude and Disrespectful
I had a short consult with Ms Spence and not only was she 15 min late for the consult, it took her staff 4 times to merge the call. Justice served
My ex's fancy super expensive lawyer didn't have a chance against Jackie! She made him look like an unprepared chump. Everything they try she is able to successfully strike down. I'm very pleased.

Jackie fought hard for me and refused to let my ex's counsel walk all over us with their bullying and excessive document filing. My case was difficult and seemingly never ending, but she was there for me the entire time.
