Stephen Brian Bull

S. Brian Bull was born in Leonardtown, Maryland.  Mr. Bull grew up in Orange Park, Florida.  Mr. Bull attended the University of Florida where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice and Political Science with a minor in Business Administration in 1996. He graduated from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2000. While attending law school in Gainesville, Mr. Bull served as Editor-In-Chief of the Florida Journal of International Law. Mr. Bull has been a member of the Lambda Chi Alpha Fraternity since 1993 and was president of his local chapter.  Mr. Bull was inducted into the Florida Blue Key Leadership Society in 2000.

Mr. Bull joined Scott, Harris, Bryan, Barra & Jorgensen, P.A. in 2000 and became a shareholder in 2007. He practices in the areas of commercial litigation, real estate disputes, and civil trials. Mr. Bull is board certified in Business Litigation Law.  Scott, Harris, Bryan, Barra & Jorgensen, P.A. is a full service law firm providing legal services in South Florida since 1961. Located in Palm Beach Gardens since 1989, Scott Harris engages in all aspects of real estate law, commercial litigation, condemnations, personal injury, business law, trusts and estate planning. Not wanting to become another "mega" sized law firm, Scott/Harris has remained accessible to its clients, providing personal service backed by over 51 years of experience.

Mr. Bull is actively involved in the Palm Beach County Bar Association and the Craig S. Barnard American Inn of Court, a professional organization of attorneys and judges that promotes professionalism and ethics in the practice of law.  When Mr. Bull is not representing his clients in the practice of law he is spending time with his wife and two daughters.
