About Peter
Biography
Peter Blatt, Esq. is the founder of Blatt Legal, PLC. Mr. Blatt provides a full range of estate planning, probate, tax planning and creditor protection services for his clients. Mr. Blatt began his career in the legal industry in 1995 and then went on to law school at the University of Miami College of Law, graduating Cum Laude and then receiving a post doctorate (LL.M.) in Taxation. Prior to earning his Law Degree, Mr. Blatt graduated cum laude from Boston University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. Peter works in both the financial services field and the law field in Palm Beach County, Peter started Blatt Financial Group and Blatt Legal, PLC in 2002.
Mr. Blatt previously served as the former Secretary of the Tax Section of the Florida Bar and as an editor of the Florida Bar Journal. He has appeared in nationally syndicated law, tax, estate and financial planning publications, and has lectured on his particular area of expertise at dozens of workshops, seminars, as well as industry and trade conferences over his 21-year career.
Mr. Blatt currently serves on Investment Committee for the Jewish Federation of Palm Beach County. He has also served a successful terms on the Executive Board of the Jewish Community Center of the Greater Palm Beaches and the Arthur I. Meyer Jewish Academy Board of Directors.
