David Rogers Glickman

Born and raised in Juno Beach, Florida, David attended the Benjamin School before obtaining his undergraduate degree in Finance cum laude from Florida State University. Afterward, he graduated cum laude from the Florida State University College of Law and received FSU Law’s Business Law Certificate with Honors. Following graduation, the Florida State University Law Review published his note titled Embracing Third Party Litigation Finance.

David’s experience includes handling state and federal commercial litigation matters for a distinguished Florida law firm with offices statewide. He clerked for a prominent full-service national law firm, participating in the representation of Florida investment advisers, securities broker-dealers, banks and other financial institutions in regulatory investigations and administrative enforcement actions. He also clerked for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida, assisting the Court’s function in various bankruptcy matters. Throughout his time in Tallahassee, David enjoyed wide-ranging experiences in Florida’s business, legal and political arenas, including creative collaboration with political leadership and national executives as a lobbying associate.

David focuses his practice on assisting businesses in all aspects of corporate strategy, preventing and resolving business litigation, and guiding professional clients through Florida regulatory compliance and administrative enforcement actions.

David is an active member in the Palm Beach, Martin and Broward County Bar Associations, in addition to the Florida Bar Business Law and the Young Lawyer’s Section. David is a dedicated member of his local community. He enjoys music, boating, being active outdoors and spending time with family.
