I represent clients regarding estates, probate, real estate (residential and commercial), contract, construction and business matters, plus a variety of general things. It is a mix of office practice and commercial litigation and arbitration, with some administrative agency work.
Though born and reared in West Palm Beach, Florida, I received my B.S. degree from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in 1970, and my Juris Doctor from Temple University in Philadelphia. After practicing 3 years in Philadelphia, I moved back home to West Palm Beach and have been practicing here for 32 years.
My support staff is made up of three excellent women, who, I am proud to say, have worked for me for 30, 15 and 10 years, respectively. We are experienced.
We aim to provide friendly, prompt and careful service to our clients, focussing on practical advice and working solutions.
