Jack Albert Fleischman

Jack is the most honest, professional and ethical attorney I have ever come into contact with. I am proud and further honored to write a review regarding Jack Fleischman. I have exausted well over a dozen lawyers in my lifetime and this individual is truly "The Best of The Best". There are many, many... lawyers in Florida. However, there are few as talented with the very complicated Involuntary Civil Commitment proceedings and Criminal Law procedures. Jack, puts every rule and discovery statute to work. His memorandums are outstanding and persuasive.He seems to have a never ending winning streak both at pre-trial and the trial itself. I will recommend Jack to others.

Fleischman became somewhat like family. He handled a few cases when my son was doing stupid things during his youth. Jack served as a mentor, friend and a professional. His demeanor is well in tack even when you think he should be under pressure. He's wonderful. I'm proud to say we won't need his ser...vices anymore because my son has changed his life.

I hired Jack in 2001 and I was in no position to bargain and Jack knew this and could have taken full advantage of it and he did not. Jack was very open and listened to every detail and you knew you have full attention when you talk to him unlike others I used in the past Jack stood out from the mome...nt I met him.
