Jack Albert Fleischman

I hired Jack in 2001 and I was in no position to bargain and Jack knew this and could have taken full advantage of it and he did not. Jack was very open and listened to every detail and you knew you have full attention when you talk to him unlike others I used in the past Jack stood out from the mome...nt I met him. He got right down to business in regards to filing motions, Jack was very prepared making the prosecution look very unprepared, you knew right away that he did his homework preparing for a jury trial, questioning jurors and was able to even place doubt in the jurors mind before they where picked, Jack was very methodical when it came down to questioning the police, and prosecution witnesses and gave them enough rope to hang themselves with. Thanks to Mr. Fleischman I was able to turn my life around.
