Highly Experienced and Knowledgeable Florida Attorney Actually Cares About His Clients First
Mr. Dougherty defended me in a personal injury case (libel/slander) and successfully defended me using a combination of excellent legal knowledge, strong negotiating skills, timing and tactical skill, and most importantly, knowledge of how the application of law works in the Florida court system. I found him timely, his prices fair, and a pleasure to deal with. I cannot recommend him any more than I am to anyone who needs a good general practice attorney, His experience is expert in both contract law and personal injury litigation in both personal injury and business liability cases. He is very approachable, I felt that the "wall" that exists between many client and attorney interactions was simply not a way in which Mr. Dougherty likes to operate.
