I hired Scott in 2019 for personal injuries due to a car accident and was referred by a coworker. He was very convincing at first prior to my signing. But shortly after is when I noticed how unprofessional and unorganized the team was. I was tossed over to a less skilled lawyer and given no direct an...swers to my questions or concerns. Scott was telling me which doctors I had to see and which I couldn’t and stories would always change as to what was said or told to me in regards to the case. Very unprofessional and unorganized team! When It was time to close the case Scott basically told me I had to sign the settlement papers or hire a new attorney. Long story short ,I feel he never took the time to do his job correctly and never even had my bills or costs added up prior to writing me a check and hoping to brush me off without ever looking over my bills or costs. Basically coerced me into settling for an amount in my pocket prior to having final bills completed. Which in the end led to my complete disappointment and concerns to file with the bar so I can get answers to how I was paid prior to all final costs and bills being completed. Just be aware to not sign anything prior to looking and going over all final costs and bills if you are using this firm. I will gladly come back to note what takes place after the bar complaint as well.

I was represented by Scott and his partners for a 2014 accident. I sustained multiple injuries and they were able to guide me through the whole process. They were very professional and personable.
