Worst ever I have worked with

This lawyer and/or his office caused several problems and much distress. Our first mistake was believing him when he said "Send your ticket information to me-no need to contact me again. I will contact you when it is taken care of" The next thing that happened was a letter from DMV stating my lice...nse we being suspended. It took me a week of calls to the lawyer. the lawyer's office, and friends that recommended this lawyer to get a call back. Finally, the lawyer's office states a number on the report was not entered correctly and all was okay-don't worry. The court house stated it was NOT entered at all. From that point on- I knew to follow up with the courthouse myself. I also knew not to expect information from the lawyer's office weather I called or faxed! The next court date--there was not one call from the lawyer's office--I called courthouse myself to find out there would be a Judge's decision date. Then the judge postponed the next date--I did not find this out from the lawyer or his office but only by once again calling the courthouse. When the judge finally made a decision, the fine was only reduced. I had no faith in the lawyer to contact me and knew I had to find out the results myself by calling the courthouse. I called the day after the hearing and a week later. The courthouse informed me of the reduced fine-how much to pay-that there would still be points-and what to do and a due date. This happened in January of 2015 and the fine is due the 20th of March. We paid it--did what we were told to by the courthouse. FINALLY, March 9, (almost 2 months after the court date) a call came in from the lawyers office. When my office assistant called the office back, Mr. Abramson himself answered. He was harsh and abrasive, he did not like hearing that we were unsatisfied with his services, he stated (once again) that that the court was incorrect (he actually said the courthouse was lying) --he believes his only mistake was not getting to call us until March. No remorse - just anger. If I wouldn't have taken the steps I did-I am certain my license would have been suspended.
