Scott Robert Harlowe

Scott Harlowe was originally assigned to me as a public deffnder. Mr.Harlowe done everything he could possibly do and I recived a great deal. However, I was not finished with the life I was living. Unfortunately I was arrested some years later once again and to my surprise, Mr. Harlowe found me. He w...as no longer a public defender but a paid attorney. He offered his help at a reasonable amount and went straight to work. He is not interested in case loads but the actual individual. I know this because I’m a great judge of character and I’ve came across some attorneys that could care less. I’m very greatful for the time Mr. Harlowe invested in my case.
