WOW Speeding more than 30 mph over speed limit

Today marks an epic result. On a client our office has represented before on several speeding infractions, with a very bad driving record, we took a case to trial where he was charged with going over ... 30 mph beyond the posted speed limit. Upon discussing with the law enforcement officer prior to trial, we successfully convinced the officer to amend the charge to simply 29 over. Upon approaching the bench, we were able to advocate on our client's behalf a resolution that included a withhold of adjudication, no points, no school, and no increase in insurance premiums guaranteed, in exchange for paying a reduced fine and court costs. This was a major victory for Llerena Law today.
