I was retained to represent a client who was being sued by Progressive Insurance Co., over a car accident where my client unfortunately had no insuranc ... e. Progressive ended up paying uninsured motorist benefits to their insured, the other party involved in the crash. Progressive then retained the right to sue my client, who they claimed was responsible for causing the crash under a subrogation action. Due to their inability to make a case, we successfully obtained a dismissal with prejudice on behalf of our client. An excellent result, where our client was facing a potential judgment in the amount of $10,000.00 in addition to fees and costs!
