Biography
I am a dad first and foremost. I have two kids. I was born in West Palm Beach, Florida at Good Samaritan Hospital and still live here. My office is on Flagler Drive, which is right down the street from Good Sam. In my spare time, I train jiu jitsu and play guitar in church.

I fight for the underdog. The individual against the powerful. We only do personal injury and criminal defense cases. I am passionate about helping good people solve their problems. I've tried over 100 jury and non-jury trials in state and federal courts, authored two books and helped over 1,000 clients in Florida. I successfully argued in the Florida Supreme Court, which expanded Miranda rights in Florida. That murder case was covered by CBS 48 Hours. I limit the number of clients I represent in order to offer unparalled representation. I am board certified in criminal trial law. Less than 1% of lawyers are board certified.
