I hired this lawyer to help my son with a legal issue, and I am extremely disappointed with the lack of assistance we received. Despite our expectations, the lawyer seemed disinterested and unengaged throughout the process. Communication was practically nonexistent, leaving us feeling left in the dar...k about the process of the case. Our concerns were brushed aside, and it felt like we were an afterthought. This experience has left me frustrated and regretful of my decision to hire this lawyer. I would not recommend their service to anyone seeking genuine legal support and representation.

I was recommended to and hired Ms. Masters after the first meeting. She was understanding with my personal situation and concerns. Throughout the on-going years, she helped me through all the processes and procedures (as well as help me understand why). Always available, just either a phone/text/e-ma...il away.
