I hired Troy Klein despite multiple negative reviews online. Mr. Klein took my high conflict custody case, collected a large retainer fee and did not carry out any of the work promised. After emailing him many times times ans not getting a response, he finally responded asking for more money, making ...threats to withdrawl from my case. Mr. Klein failed to meet important deadlines, mistated the number of times we met and filed motions without my consent, charging me for them. Mr. Klein also sent me many text messages after work hours, asking me personal questions about my dating life. I learned online that he recieved sanctions in 2018 due to filing motions without merit. Mr. Klein withdrew from my case several weeks before my two day trial, kept my needed discovery and ultimately caused harm to my case.
