Tasha K Pepper-Dickinson

Tasha Dickinson, a firm board member and shareholder, is a Florida Bar Board Certified Wills, Trusts and Estates Lawyer, a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC), and is admitted to practice in both Florida and North Carolina. She is the Past-President of the Florida Association for Women Lawyers (State of Florida, 2009-2010).  Ms. Dickinson is also a past Co-Chair and Member of The Florida Bar Probate Rules Committee (2006-2012) and the past-Chair and Member of Wills, Trusts and Estates Certification Committee of The Florida Bar (2010-2016).  She currently sits on the Executive Council for the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of The Florida Bar (Co-Vice Chair of the Estate and Tax Planning Committee and Vice Chair of the Professionalism and Ethics Committee). She also serves as Co-Vice Chair of the Emotional and Psychological Issues Committee of the Non-Tax Estate Planning Group of the Real Property, Trust and Estate Law Section of the American Bar Association.
