I set i jail 5 years on some serious charges and out of those 5 years steve came and saw me 3 times. He kept telling me we are going to trail and how good he feels about. Than when the time came he stopped fighting and forced me to take a horrable plea.

Steven Sessa should be disbarred. I refused to blow on a breathalyzer, and Steven Sessa did not provide adequate consultation or representation for my behalf. Steven Sessa worked with the police department to hide exculpatory evidence of me passing the on-site sobriety test. Steven was incredibly generous with his time from the beginning. Any other lawyer would charge you for consultations! Steven did not even mention a payment plan after being on the phone with him several times. He generously was more interested in the in and outa of the situation. This was a complicat...ed case (J6 case). He advised me and cared about my well-being. I would highly recommend Steven as a criminal lawyer!
