We went back to this attorney since in 2014 he did a good job with my citizenship. BIG MISTAKE.... when we arrived last year to his office a lady calle L. Ruiz spoke to us and we thought she was an assistant only. They never told us she was going to be "the attorney". We paid right away 5K pl...us the USCIS fees for me to claim my elderly father and I was promised they will expedite his visa due to his age and him living alone, my intention was to have him with me and give him the care he needed. They said the case was easy and had priority. Plus they will expedite. Time passed and I was always the one asking questions, phoning them and they just gave the same poor answers. "Everything was on USCIS hands. WOW... I started wondering about the integrity of these people. They completely forgot about my case until recently my beloved father passed away ... waiting for his visa. This is something I will never forget nor forgive ... now I lost the money which is a lot for me and lost my Father. Thank you to this "law firm" for NOTHING and I hope and pray this will never happen to anyone else.

We can’t recommend this lawyer. Mr Asghar said he could help us with our case and in the end he did basically nothing. No emails were answered after we paid 5k as retainer. We only got emails stating he is busy and will work on the case but nothing happened for months. After this bad experience we wa...nted to terminate his „service“ and asked for paying back the retainer but no answer. After we involved the Florida bar and he had to take an own lawyer to defend his case, he partially paid us back. Please don’t forget this option to involve the Florida Bar when you think something is wrong. We filled all documents by ourselves and didn’t need legal advice when filled a complaint. We passed three or four stages of the grievance and I think that was the reason he got probably scared in the end and paid us partially the retainer back. Maybe next time a client will be successful until the end and others won’t loose money on this lawyer anymore. Unfortunately Mr Asghar was taking money from our family who has a child with a disability and loosing so much money was a big deal. That’s why we fought to get at least something back. Sometimes it’s good to fight for your rights.

His staff is very unprofessional like himself. Phone calls never made. Doors shut on me when I came in to ask the status because nobody had any info. His staff would not hear my issues and said, " I am not having this conversation with you while clients are in the office" and exited to another room a...nd shut the door. Also said "We would do anything we could to make your case go faster if we could". But never called this particular embassy ever to check on the status. I called the embassy myself after weeks of calling his office and found out my case had been sitting for over a month and all this office had to do was make a call to find out where it stood. The embassy then expedited my case to get it back on track for me after my call. This entire time they made me out to be the bad guy for calling always and checking up. To this day, he still has not return my emails or even tried to contact me about my case. I never heard anything back from this guy. I emailed for a refund (None the less I paid him in full on day 1) and not a call or response to my email. his office goes through employees very quickly it seems. I would call, and they would send me to a message machine of a woman who I found out at a later time did not work there anymore. what more could I say? Very unprofessional himself and his staff. Regardless of what others posted for reviews, I would stay as far away from this law office for it seems they take your money and do not put the effort you deserve for your hard-earned money. Please Goto another office or figure out that it really is not that difficult for you to file for visas yourself. It seems this office may have learned the law, but college cannot teach you professionalism or customer service.

Shaz and his team were absolutely amazing. They were consistent and were always updating me about my case. When I was feeling discouraged, he always kept my head up and he came through without any hiccups. He knows his field extremely well and will always refer him to anyone who’s in need of an attor...ney. Thank you Shaz for a great experience dealing with my immigration matters.
