I hired Asghar Law after being referred by a Judge to speak to Mr. Asghar. I had an issue with my ex-wife who wanted additional child support and alimony. Mr. Asghar walked me through the process and was able to have the additional alimony payments request denied, and the proper child support payment... amount adjusted to my current income. Asghar Law may not be the ideal choice for your immigration journey. Unfortunately, my experience with him was unpleasant. Despite hiring him, he did not provide any substantial assistance and seemed more interested in taking my money. His advice was questionable as he suggested that I remain without... a work permit instead of actively helping my case. I have doubts about his knowledge of the law and his ability as a lawyer. Based on my own experience, I would recommend handling your case independently rather than putting your trust in him.

We can’t recommend this lawyer. Mr Asghar said he could help us with our case and in the end he did basically nothing. No emails were answered after we paid 5k as retainer. We only got emails stating he is busy and will work on the case but nothing happened for months. After this bad experience we wa...nted to terminate his „service“ and asked for paying back the retainer but no answer. After we involved the Florida bar and he had to take an own lawyer to defend his case, he partially paid us back. Please don’t forget this option to involve the Florida Bar when you think something is wrong. We filled all documents by ourselves and didn’t need legal advice when filled a complaint. We passed three or four stages of the grievance and I think that was the reason he got probably scared in the end and paid us partially the retainer back. Maybe next time a client will be successful until the end and others won’t loose money on this lawyer anymore. Unfortunately Mr Asghar was taking money from our family who has a child with a disability and loosing so much money was a big deal. That’s why we fought to get at least something back. Sometimes it’s good to fight for your rights.
