Successful settlement

With the help of Attorneys Scott Murray and Jason Guari my husband and were greatly compansated. In February 2014 we struck from behind due to a drunk driver. My husband and I I went through a great deal of stress in terms of seeking medical attention and losing much time from work. Scott and Jason always made themselves available with any questions and concerns we had. In addition they have an amazing office staff who are also so sufficient and obviously care about what they do. During this process Scott and Jason proved they always had our best interest in mind rather than just rushing to settle our case. We are forever greatful.

Scott is an active member of The Florida Bar, The Florida Justice Association, including current Eagle Member, and the American Association for Justice.

Since beginning his law career in 1992, Scott has been actively involved in the leadership of the Palm Beach County Bar Association, including as President of the Young Lawyers’ Division and as a long-standing former member of the Board of Directors for the Association. He currently volunteers as a member of the Judicial Campaign Practices Commission, which provides advisory opinions regarding complaints of judicial misconduct. He also devotes his time to the Legal Aid Society of Palm Beach as a member of its Board of Directors and is Secretary of the non-profit. Scott is also a volunteer instructor for the Justice Teaching Program, created by the Justices of the Florida Supreme Court, which is designed to teach civics to middle school students.

Scott also is a member of and former Chair of the Board of Directors for Vita Nova, a non-profit organization committed to helping youth adults transition from foster care to independent living, and to fight youth homelessness.

Scott has lectured to numerous professional, educational and legal associations and is admitted to practice in all State and Federal District Courts in Florida.

Scott has published articles in legal publications and has also lectured before numerous, professional legal associations across Florida in the area of insurance bad faith, uninsured motorist coverage, consumer protection issues, motion in limine, cross-examination of expert witnesses and subrogation in personal injury and wrongful death claims.

Scott is a member of The Florida Bar, American Association for Justice, The Florida Justice Association (Eagle Member), and is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts of Florida.

"Eggshell" Plaintiff Head On Collision

Scott and his team were excellent to work with. I was involved in a head on collision at a very busy intersection by a woman going 45-50 mph. She failed to stop at the red light and ran right through this intersection on a sunny dry morning at 9:30 am. As a pre-existing condition (potential) client I was unsure how my health condition would result in a positive settlement outcome. In speaking with a colleague, I was referred to Scott and went in for a consult. Scott felt that pending new imaging and comparing it to my most recent (less than 1 year old) imaging that I potentially had a case as an "eggshell" plaintiff. Long story short and multiple therapies later (2+) years I was able to avoid multiple adverse life altering surgeries at the present time-pending further neurological damage. Throughout this entire process, Scott and MG worked diligently on my behalf. Their patience and professionalism was steadfast and there was never any pressure on myself-only my best health and physical interests were at the forefront. I am happy to say that my case has been settled and the financial outcome, based on their hard work and expertise was most positive. I think that Scott and his colleagues are a rare breed in the PI sector of the law. A Very Caring Lawyer Who is Seeking to Help You.

Scott Murray puts you at ease the moment you meet. For someone in pain, this is where I judge how I will be treated. In many slip & falls cases people are very embarrassed. My experience I had with Scott Murray was amazing!!! Outstanding Attorney and Law Firm

My wife was involved in a serious motor vehicle accident. As a result, she had to have cervical surgery. We hired the Law Firm of Murray & Guari to represent us. Mr. Scott Murray was our attorney. Auto settlement

Murray & Guari Trial Attorneys - Integrity, Sincerity, and Professionalism

In December 2012 our family was headed home to Virginia from a Christmas vacation spent in Florida with our son's grandparents when we were involved in a serious car accident near Daytona Beach. A reckless driver struck our car causing it to roll and land on its roof. Our son received life threatening injuries. He was transported unconscious to the hospital and remained in a coma for a week suffering from a severe Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI). Doctors told us that our son may very well die and if he survived he may have permanent brain damage. Our family received a miracle from God and our son survived astonishing the medical staff. A short time later, he was transferred to Washington, DC via a medical flight. He spent many months in rehabilitation and eventually was able to complete his Senior year of high school through homebound instruction. He even transitioned back to attending school in his last month. He was able to graduate with his high school class in June 2013. He received his diploma to a huge round of applause from his peers and teachers. Our son is currently attending college while his brain continues to recover. While our story seems to be headed to a happy ending we would never have made it to this point without Scott C. Murray and his legal team. While my son was laying in a coma and I should have been concentrating on him and my other children, we were already having to battle health and auto insurance companies and hospital administrators. Bills were piling up for medical care, flights, hotels, food, and clothing. A relative recommended Scott C. Murray and thankfully we retained him in that first week. He personally came to the hospital in Daytona Beach and immediately took control of the situation allowing us to just care and pray for our son and other children. He was very comforting in his sincere demeanor and I was extremely confident in his abilities. We quickly felt some stress relief as he laid out a plan of action to assure my son received the medical best care and that the negligent party was held responsible. Over the past year and half Scott C. Murray has continued to sort out every concern with the various insurance companies and hospitals. He even visited us in person in Virginia! My son got the restitution he deserved to pay for his medical care and all costs associated with this terrible event. Murray & Guari have great integrity, sincerity, and professionalism and my family and I are proud and thankful to have had them as our attorneys. I would highly recommend them!

Highly reccommend
