Samantha Alexandra Harris

Samantha Harris is a dedicated trial attorney at Senior Justice. She passionately advocates for injured clients and their families in cases involving nursing home abuse, assisted living neglect, medical malpractice, and wrongful death. She is committed to holding negligent facilities and providers accountable and fighting to secure justice for vulnerable individuals and their loved ones.

Prior to joining Senior Justice, Samantha served for over four years as an Assistant Public Defender in the 15th Judicial Circuit of Florida. In that role, she fought tirelessly to protect the constitutional rights of indigent clients, handling a high-volume caseload and gaining extensive courtroom experience. She has tried over a dozen cases to verdict and has argued hundreds of substantive motions. Her daily presence in the courtroom sharpened her litigation skills and built the confidence and strategic insight she now brings to every case she handles.

Samantha earned her Bachelor of Science in International Affairs, with a minor in Spanish, from Florida State University. She went on to receive her Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law. During law school, she was an active member of the Trial Association, a Quarterfinalist in the South Texas Mock Trial National Competition, and a Junior Staff Member of the ILSA Journal of International and Comparative Law.
