Rudwin Ayala

Rudwin Ayala is a trial lawyer within the Products Liability and Medical Malpractice divisions at Morgan and Morgan. For 15 years he has handled catastrophic injury cases, including as a former named partner in a firm in Fort Lauderale, Florida where he litigated on behalf of individuals and families who suffered severe tragedies due to the negligence of others. He received his Bachelors from Quinnipiac University Magna Cum Laude in 2007 and his Juris Doctor as a Goodwin Scholar from Nova Southeastern University in 2010. He was admitted to the Florida Bar the same year and is licensed to practice in all state courts in Florida, the U.S. District Court for the Southern  and Middle Districts of Florida, and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. 

Rudy has been a member of various voluntary bar organizations, including the Broward County Bar Association; Palm Beach County Bar Association (Professionalism Committee; Committee for Diversity and Inclusion); Broward County Hispanic Bar Association; Puerto Rican Bar Association of Florida ; and the Hispanic National Bar Association. Rudy is a former President of the Broward Coutny Hispanic Bar Association, and former Vice President for the Puerto Rican Bar Association of Florida. Rudy also served as the Region VIII Representative for the Young Lawyers Division of the Hispanic National Bar Association, which encompasses all of Florida. 

Rudy has experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in various types of matters, representing his clients from the pre-litigation phase through trial. He primarily focuses his practice in the areas of products liability, medical malpractice, and personal injury. He has been named Most Effective Lawyers finalist for 2014 in the Medical Malpractice category by the Daily Business Review. Rudy has been named a Super Lawyers Rising Star (2015 – 2024), and among the Best Lawyers in America© for Personal Injury – Plaintiff since 2019.
