REPRESENTATIVE TRANSACTION:
- Represented one of the largest Florida based owners and operators of retail centers when it acquired a 327,000 square foot retail center in Orlando, Florida. Peter also handled the negotiation of the joint venture agreement between the operator and its money center joint venture partner.
- Represented a national real estate investor when it acquired and subsequently sold a portfolio of five office buildings totaling in excess of 700,000 square feet of leaseable space.
- Represents national and local lenders in numerous real estate secured loans including loans to build shopping centers and office buildings and to develop single family home projects.
