Shiner knows this,... 98% of all criminal cases will go to Plea bargain ,.. out of those 2% that fight for their rights 1% will win,.. and its not the side that uses public defenders,.. So with that knowledge he will automatically size you up to see what he can charge you knowing that your fate is p...retty much already sealed,.. when you ask to see what his exorbitant fees actually paid for,. he will tell you that he does not have to show you anything ! he will tell you that you signed a contract and you should read it ! This Attorney is a disgrace to the Bar association - If you use this firm understand this,. he has gone out of his way to to take a client ( ME ) and literally ruin my career by separating as council ! Not only did he do this but he also called the Public defender that was to take over from his disgraceful performance and tell him that I was guilty !! My day in court and your day in court will never be heard because a plea bargain to him is a win ,.. your innocence means nothing,.. all he is interested in is your money, His ego, and the politics of his local court systems... The judicial system is broken because of slime like this..
