Biography
Maier Law offers representation in the areas of: Construction Law; Business Disputes / Contract Disputes; Personal Injury; Condominium and HOA Law; Mortgage Foreclosures; Guardianship Litigation; and General Civil Trial litigated matters. I started Maier Law in 2012 after 12 years working for larger firms.
I have been Florida Bar Board Certified in Construction Law since 2006 and have over 14 years experience representing general contractors, subs, design professionals and owners. I also have years of experience in personal injury and product defect matters. In the early part of my career I defended claims for the insurance companies, so I understand how insurance companies analyze cases.
