Areas of Practice in Florida and New Jersey

I am a plaintiffs’ personal-injury attorney in Florida and New Jersey.  I have successfully resolved numerous complex claims, primarily in the areas of motor-vehicle and trucking accidents, and premises liability.  In Florida, I practice primarily in the South Florida counties of Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami-Dade---including West Palm Beach, Pompano Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Miami, Deerfield Beach, Boca Raton, and Delray Beach.

In New Jersey, I have litigated predominantly in the Superior Courts of Essex, Monmouth, Morris, Middlesex, Passaic, and Hudson Counties---which include Newark (and the Ironbound), Long Branch, Jersey City, New Brunswick, Paterson, Morristown, and Dover.  I have handled over 45 plaintiffs’ cases that have resolved in the six- or seven-figure range. Certified Legal Specialty

The New Jersey Supreme Court has designated me as a Certified Civil Trial Attorney. Certification requires meeting the Supreme Court’s stringent standards of experience, education, knowledge, and skill in the field of civil-trial practice, including passing a written examination. Of the more than 75,000 lawyers licensed in the State, less than 2% are licensed in this specialty.

Honors and Awards

I am a Life Member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum. Membership in the Forum is limited to attorneys in the United States who have won million and multi-million-dollar verdicts and settlements, and who pay a membership fee.

I'm a Master in the Brennan-Vanderbilt American Inn of Court. The American Inns is a national movement that began in 1985, following the endorsement of a committee of the Judicial Conference of the United States, appointed by Chief Justice of the US Warren E. Berger, to promote the goals of legal excellence, civility, professionalism, and ethics on a national level.

In 2010, I was named to the top 40 Under 40 by the New Jersey Law Journal, and was listed in the Law Journal’s Legal Almanac among the top settlements of that year.

In 2011, I was named by Super Lawyers Magazine, for a third consecutive year, as a Rising Star.
