Talked a good game but most of what he told us was incorrect. Dismissive, pompous, arrogant, foul-mouthed. His flat fee should have encompassed all, but he was counting his hours, and when he felt we reached the ceiling of that fee, his interest & commitment faded fast. Didn't like to be questione...d on his advice and became arrogant when we did. Forced our son into a plea deal that other attys felt he shouldn't have taken. Unbeknownst to us, he was writing a book. His publishing date coincided with our son's hearing. His priority was his book, not our son (which is why he pushed to close the book on our son's case). Our son was viciously beaten by five correction officers 30 minutes after arraignment. When we called to tell him, my wife was hysterical. He suggested she "get a grip." Extremely unprofessional & unfeeling. One of our biggest mistakes ever.
