non caring regarding the death of my mother

my mother was poisoned in a nursing home at only 63. keen took my case and i never heard from her after. i have all records regarding the case and keen assured me that she would take care of things. after the initial call, i was never contacted, never informed, when i would call, her assistant would ...say "ms. keen will get to this when she can" keen made me feel comfortable until i agreed to accept her and then it was over with communication. my mother died due to negligence and keen didn't care. i received a certified letter saying she will not proceed with the case after a long period of time. it was too late then to proceed due to the statue of limitations. this was regarding my mother and she was so impersonal to send me a letter even though i trusted her. i made another review and it was deleted and now she has good reviews. no one is so stupid to believe that out of no where she has a good review. i guess it is the power of what her firm can do. bottom line is, that she cared less about such a personal family death. she should be dis-barred due to her behavior. no one should trust her. she cost my family and i the entire case.
