Chelle Konyk

Chelle has lived in South Florida for over 33 years with residences in Palm Beach, Martin and Miami-Dade Counties. Chelle graduated Palm Beach Atlantic University Summa Cum Laude and received her Law Degree from University of Miami. She has been recognized by the Palm Beach County Commission for her “strong positive leadership as a citizen advocate.” It is through this reputation that she has originated a loyal and devoted client base of over 150 community associations.

     In addition to her reputation as a community association lawyer, Chelle focuses on bulk rate cable TV and telecom contracting with recognition throughout Florida. Chelle successfully lobbied the Florida Legislature to change existing laws relating to the provision of cable services in homeowners associations. Chelle is a state-certified instructor for Community Association Manager (CAM) courses, and is the past Chair of the Palm Beach County Zoning Board of Adjustment, and Vice Chair of the County Water Utilities Advisory Board.

     Chelle has also completed complex mergers of related associations pursuant to Florida Statutes, chapter 617. Chelle is rated “AV” by the premier U.S. Peer Review Rating Service of LexisNexis Martindale-Hubbell which defines an “AV” rating as “a testament to the fact that a lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence.” This is the highest rating given. She is also listed in the Bar Register of Preeminent Women Lawyers.
