Biography
I am an experienced trial attorney admitted to practice in Florida, New York, and the Federal System (Southern District of Florida.) I graduated from Duke University with a degree in Biological Psychology and the University of Miami School of Law. After graduating from Miami, I spent time as in-house counsel for an internet marketing company with annual revenues exceeding 10 million dollars.
I returned to Florida to take a position with the 15th District Public Defender’s Office. First assigned to county court, I handled a wide variety of cases including Driving Under the Influence, Domestic Violence, Marijuana Possession, and Assault and Battery. As an assistant public defender, I was quickly promoted to the felony division where I handled all major felonies including dozens of cases punishable by a life sentence. I took more than 30 cases to a final jury verdict with the majority of my cases resulting in not guilty verdicts. This experience afforded me a strong foundation in litigation and trial experience and allowed me to form strong relationships with trial judges and prosecutors.
In August of 2009, I opened my own practice with my partner, Charles Fountain. Mr. Fountain and I have built a thriving practice through a combination of litigation skill, energy, and compassion for our clients. Absolutely the worst
Very quick to collect a retainer, which is fine! After that correspondence went to zero! Neither Andrew STRECKER nor his office returned my phone calls or emails! They never sent me any paperwork on my case at all! After months of trying I finally fired him! I can’t get them to send my my file which ...

Replied last August 23, 2022My office made every effort to identify you after this review was posted. Since you declined to say who you are, it's not possible to engage with you. We were unable to find any client who had this specific experience. During this time frame, we did have a signed fee agreement from a client who did not pay - so we returned the file and withdrew from representation.
