Biography
Andrew Shultz received his Bachelor of Science degree from Eastern Michigan Univeristy in Criminal Justice and his Juris Doctorate from Michigan State University. He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1998.
Andrew's first job in south Florida was at the Public Defender's office. While at the Public Defender's office he handled serious Felony and violent crimes cases. After leaving the Public Defender's office he worked for the State of Florida prosecuting child abuse abandonment and neglect cases in Dependency court. He has knowledge involving the Florida Deparartment of Children and families if you are ever charged with child abuse or neglect. He has personally handled cases in Palm Beach, Broward and Martin county courtrooms.
Andrew also thaught collegel level clasees in criminal procedure, evidence and consitutional law for several years while he operated his law practice.
Since opening his own office he has primarily worked on crimnal defense matters. He has helped clients with thousnads of cases from Driivng under the influence and domestic battery to serious felonies punishable by life in prison.
