Had a $400 credit on my account, they wanted more retainer. I requested that we wait until next action, because I suspect the case might be dead, and we had satisfied the court to that point. they agreed...a few months later I got a notice from the court that they withdrew from my case with no comm...

collections case
Completely disappointed with this firm. Feel like I was sold a bill of goods about what could actually be done on an collections award I received. $3000 on email communication and 8 months into the case - nothing of substance done. Would not recommend.
