Tyler Daniel Miller

Tyler Miller is a dedicated attorney known for providing compassionate, strategic, and results-driven representation to individuals and families navigating some of life’s most challenging and emotional legal matters. As a member of Brinkley Morgan’s Marital & Family Law group, Tyler focuses his practice on all areas of marital and family law, including divorce, complex custody and timesharing disputes, paternity actions, alimony, child support, equitable distribution, and prenuptial and postnuptial agreements.

Tyler earned his Bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill before obtaining his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law. During law school, he was actively involved in the Child and Youth Law Advocacy Clinic, where he developed a strong passion for advocating on behalf of children and families in need. That early experience continues to shape his client-centered approach today.

In addition to his family law practice, Tyler has experience handling first-party property litigation and other civil disputes, giving him a well-rounded perspective and a practical, solution-oriented approach to advocacy. He is committed to ensuring that every client feels heard, supported, and confidently represented throughout the legal process.

Outside of his legal practice, Tyler enjoys spending time with his dog, staying active on and off the tennis court, and pursuing opportunities for continued professional growth and community involvement.
