Biography
Alex J. Pearlberg is admitted to practice in the States of Florida, New Jersey and New York, the Southern & Middle District of Florida Bankruptcy Court and the Federal District Court for the Southern, Middle District in Florida as well as the District of New Jersey. He has been practicing in the State of Florida since 1999 and prior was practicing in New Jersey since his graduation from Law School in 1992.
In the past 22 years of practice Mr. Pearlberg has been employed as staff counsel for three (3) major insurance carriers, represented numerous self-insured employers and handled thousands of cases. He has represented numerous banks and individuals in foreclosure and bankruptcy matters and he has tried cases in the State and Federal Courts in Florida, New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania.
He also has represented numerous police officers in various actions against cities in South Florida for worngful termination, discrimination, whistlblower violations along with labor law violations throughout the State of Florida.
His experience before Judges and juries has allowed Mr. Pearlberg to prosecute his cases with an expertise matched by none.
