I am one of several former clients of Inger Michelle Garcia who was disciplined by The Florida Bar following a June 17, 2011 court order. In my case, Inger Michelle Garcia was paid a retainer fee but failed to file any pleadings in the matter, failed to keep me properly informed as to the staus of t...he matter despite numerous calls and e-mails, and failed to represent my interests. This resulted in a motion to dismiss for failure to prosecute and a separate lawsuit.
